We agreed to equip and staff a small remote clinic that has never come to completion in a remote area of the creeks. After two years the community have completed enough to get a service underway.

A container left Cambridge mid September to arrive in 4 weeks with beds, equipment and furnishings to get the Clinic up and running, refurbish our main clinic at Enekorogha and the new Mission Station that is almost finished to roof level.

We hope to get some solar power setup and a borehole but at present funds are not adequate for this, a borehole being £2100 and solar panels another £1300.

We’re grateful to Bury St Edmunds Hospital, Newmarket Hospital, Mission for Vision, Tools with a MissionRiverside Practice, March, and Spectacular Opticians for the equipment ,and many for individual donations. Missionary Medical News are sincerely appreciated for help towards transport costs. (oh yes, and Mike and the Davids for packing the container so well)
